The provider will work with a team of psychologists and clinicians who are interdisciplinary members of Primary Care clinics providing services to a panel of more than 35,000 pediatric patients. The IPC team works together to use a sustainable model of integrated pediatric primary care within the enterprise that provides better care for children in their communities, appreciates structural and environmental factors that contribute to problems, and educates all caregivers on behavioral health and mental wellness. This position will supervise and lead a small group of midlevel providers in Integrated Primary Care, offering warm hand-offs, brief screening/assessment and triage, brief outpatient treatment, and targeted group treatment for behavior management.
