Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and innovative Nurse Practitioners, or Physician Assistants to join our Pediatric Urgent Care team. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with medical directors and site physicians to deliver age-appropriate care under established protocols. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment initiation, and independent decision-making.

- Urgent Care Experience: Preferred, with a strong background in fast-paced clinical settings.
- Pediatric Assessment & Treatment: At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant, with a focus on pediatric care.
- Urgent Care Procedures: Proficiency in laceration repair, initial fracture management, and reduction of nursemaid's elbow.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA and CLIA guidelines, office tasks, confidentiality, and filing systems.
- Licensing: Current, valid, unencumbered RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing.
- Certification: Active certification by national certifying bodies recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing (PNP-BC, FNP-BC) or NCCPA.
- PALS Certification: Current certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
