Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $240,000
- Bonus Compensation: RVU Production + Quality Bonus Incentives
- Call Compensation: $48,000 per year
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
- Student Loan Repayment: $100,000

Qualifications
- Degree:MD/DO
- Certification:BE or BC in Pediatrics
- Licensure:Active Louisiana License (or ability to obtain one)
- Experience:Welcoming both experienced candidates and new grads
- Sponsorship: H1b and J1 visa sponsorship available
