We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Full-time Anesthesiologists to join our team at Norton Brownsboro in Louisville, KY. You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively alongside a highly productive team of dedicated clinicians, surgeons, and medical professionals.

We Offer:
Care Team Model
Top of Market Base Salary - $404 - $454k including a guaranteed quality bonus
$60K w/ 2 year - $80K w/ 3 year Sign-On Bonus
Additional $25K Incentive QI & up to $40K in additional bonuses

Flexible Scheduling
Diverse Cases: General, Neuro (major spine, cranies), ENT, Ortho, Vascular, Cardiac, OB; No trauma or pediatrics.
