Regular Hours: 8a-5p M-F, 8a-1p

Summer Hours (June-Aug): 7a-4p M-Th, 7-12:30 F

Patients per day: avg of 60 pts per day

Accelerated schedule, 5-6 columns per doctor

Chairs/Ops: 10 chairs

Sedation: Nitrous Oxide, Office Based Anesthesia (general anesthesia)

Office general oral sedation

System: Eaglesoft PMS

Compensation: $1,600 daily for 1st 6months and % collections

Sign-on: 75k

Relocation:10k
