We are seeking a seasoned Pega Architect with a strong background in the telecom domain. As a Pega Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Pega solutions to address business challenges. Candidate need to work on EST time and may qualify for remote work with occasional travel to client site.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect robust Pega solutions aligned with business requirements.

As a PEGA Architect in you are responsible driving the BPM strategy along with customer stakeholders

Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development.

Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Lead the development and implementation of Pega applications.

Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and standards.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong understanding of Pega platform and its capabilities.

Experience in designing and developing Pega applications.

Knowledge of telecom domain processes and systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in leading teams and managing projects.
