Role responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with development teams to identify ideas and drive towards solutions
- Analyze the client needs and requirements to provide related insight
- Proactively accomplish User Experience Designer tasks, including but not limited to the creation of wireframes
- Use human-centered design, Agile, and Pega practices to support elaboration and configuration as a voice advocating for the customer
- Plan and conduct user interviews for requirements gathering and collaborate with team members on findings and recommendations
- Support testing and future deployments by iteratively reviewing new ECM functionalities with user groups
- Independently conduct discussion on Pega design, functionality, and structure
- Lead meetings to discuss and present wireframes, collect client feedback, and iteratively improve designs
- Support business process design activities including describing and visualizing business expectations, objectives, user roles, and responsibilities
Required Skills:
- Ability to conceptualize and visualize process flow and wireframes
- Assist with best practices for accessible, reusable, and intentional design
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) with client stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent facilitation skills, including in a virtual setting
- Demonstrated ability to seek out information (proactive learning)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Advanced skills in Sketch, Mural, Just in Time, and Invision
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Additional skills: Problem solver, consensus seeker, team player, and excellent communicator
Desired Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Excellent time management
- Experience working with Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) tools
- Experience designing wireframes for a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) platform
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals
- Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)
