We are currently seeking a Principal Pega Business Architect. Candidates must be based in the U.S. and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are a Principal Pega Business Architect with extensive experience in defining and implementing business solutions. You have a deep understanding of business systems, industry requirements, and the Pega platform, and you are skilled at guiding teams in the formulation of innovative, high-impact solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead cross-functional teams in gathering and defining complex business requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and leveraging the Pega platform for optimal solutions.
- Architect and design comprehensive business solutions using Pega, including rule configurations, process flows, and user interfaces that meet both functional and technical requirements.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, providing expert guidance on business process improvements and technology solutions, and making recommendations that align with industry best practices.
- Lead and oversee the development of detailed functional requirements, use cases, and interface designs, ensuring these align with overall business objectives and user needs.
- Facilitate and lead workshops with stakeholders to define business processes, identify gaps, and propose Pega-based solutions.
- Provide thought leadership in the application of Pega's capabilities, including strategic decision-making on system architecture, design, and implementation.
- Oversee and mentor junior and senior business architects, ensuring that best practices are followed and that team members are developing their skills and expertise.
- Engage with senior executives and business leaders to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Lead system testing, user acceptance testing, and facilitate the deployment of solutions, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the Pega ecosystem, and integrate this knowledge into client solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- US Citizenship required
- Certified Pega Business Architect
- 10 years of business analysis and architecture experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience in leading large-scale Pega implementations and business transformation projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization
- Client-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of system development life cycle concepts
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a Remote Position.You are welcome to work anywhere in the United States, so long as you’re willing and able to travel domestically to meet clients, as needed.
