We are looking for a Project Manager to act as a strategic partner to the Director of Back Office Services and help drive initiatives and manage tasks across the Operations, Communications and Talent Management Platforms of the Program Executive Office (PEO)at DHMS . This person should act as a central point of contact and source of information for the client. They should drive work independently, accurately prioritize responsibilities, and develop informed recommendations. They must have outstanding attention to detail and drive timely completion of important tasks to help support the organization in its mission. This role will work closely with DHMS clients and client stakeholders. Role, Responsibilities, and Competencies: · Monitor dashboard metrics and priorities; ensure timely and accurate submission, flag changes in performance. · Own common backlogs and process for updating and monitoring projects. · Ensure updated role charters & SOPs for all platforms. · Ensure cohesive messaging across platform for internal events. · Support development and implementation of Knowledge Management governance. · Help mature Knowledge Management offerings; partner closely with the Knowledge Management team to build SharePoint pages, introduce new features, and accelerate the KM rollout for the organization. · End-to-end onboarding for contract team, including coordinating systems access. · Compile content for quarterly Talent Management newsletter, ensuring on-time completion. · Coordinate with stakeholders across PMOs to ensure monthly Org Chart updates. · Manage issuance and tracking of Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE). Qualifications, Education, and Skills Requirements · US Citizenship. · Five years' experience of strategy, operations, communications, or executive support. · Experience in consulting or project management. · Proficient Computer Skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word. · Outstanding written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills. Additional Desires and Considerations · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields. · Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through is a must; performs tasks with high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness. · Ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment. · Ability to work independently, set priorities, plan workflow, and take initiative. · Public Trust Clearance preferred but not required (must be able to secure clearance) · Previous CAC or PIV preferred · Military or veteran hiring preference. Preferred work location is within the Pensacola, FL Metropolitan Area. Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote with potential for occasional travel to client headquarters. |
