People Analytics/HR Data Analyst at US Tech Solutions

Duration: 7 months contract

Job Description:

• The People Analytics/HR Data Analyst is responsible for leading the people analytics functions at the client.
• The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in people analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• They will have strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting people data to identify trends and patterns, and for developing and implementing people analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the people analytics function and develop a data-driven approach to people management.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret people data to identify trends and patterns.
• Launch, manage, and report results from our annual employee engagement survey.
• Develop and implement people analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and address people-related challenges.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Stay up to date on the latest people analytics trends and best practices.

Mandatory:

• 5-7+ years of experience in people analytics or a related field, with related program and people management experience, and a proven track record of success.
• Collect and analyse HR data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant systems.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems and their data structures, including data extraction and manipulation.
• Clean, transform, and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with SQL and other data analysis tools (Python, R, Tableau).
• Be able to run employee engagement surveys end-to-end, analyze findings, and craft a compelling and clear story for an executive audience.
• Be able to analyze HR data and summarize into quarterly exec-level reports.
• Project Management: Excellent Project Management skills → keeping work moving forward, stakeholder communication, partnering with many cross-functional partners.
• Experience with Workday Reporting & Dashboarding would be a plus.
• Strong BI and data manipulation skills (data conversion, data validation, etc.) to feed into a new HRIS would be a plus.
