About the Job
The People & Culture Manager remit is to execute effective support processes for the Thunder Valley Staff. This is an exciting and challenging new role within Thunder Valley and is critical to our success as an org.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the following:
- A 90 day, 6-month and 3 year plan for the work
Other Responsibilities
Work closely with the LWE team to ensure that all work is rooted in lakol wicohan
Work successfully into the Director of Operations (with a dotted line to Interim Support) to ensure that this work is best in class.
Support the Director of Operations in their work, including the lakol wiochan operationalization work.
Identify what resources and capacity is needed to execute the work successfully
Research and Identify strategies to improve company work culture
Ensures and enforces adoption of policies that improve employee experience, performance, and the work environment.
Schedule training and ongoing development for Thunder Valley employees
Review and update core competency reviews
