Duration: 6 Months
Work Location: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday Onsite in Mountain View, CA; Monday and Friday Remote)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
Pay Rate: $23.66--$27.30 Per Hr.
Role Overview:
The P&C Partnering Coordinator will provide essential support to various product management programs by working closely with HR Business Partners, managers, employees, and the central People Operations team. Your key responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, maintaining program documentation, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders, and contributing to the smooth operation of program-related activities. You will be expected to quickly learn the organization’s processes and help drive efficiency in program coordination.

The Team:
The P&C Partnering Coordinator will support two P&C partnering teams, consisting of 20 P&C Partners led by two Heads of Partnering. The teams provide high-quality people and culture partnerships across various business functions. The Coordinator will play a key role in team coordination, supporting efforts to promote an inclusive culture and performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
As the Team Coordinator, you will work directly with the P&C leads to ensure the smooth operation of the Partnering function. This role involves a blend of coordination, communication, and planning, supporting the operational model of a 30+ member partnering community.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour

- Proficient in Google Suite products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely organized, with the ability to balance multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to navigate ambiguity and implement creative solutions
- Some knowledge of Human Resources practices
