Vaco Los Angeles is working with a Client in the Food and Beverage industry who is looking for a qualified HR Coordinator/Recruiter who can help manage and support their new ADP system implementation. This opportunity is located in Downtown LA and will be in office at a hybrid schedule (3X per week). This opportunity will start off as a contract position and is looking to pay between $25-$26/hr. Experience in ADP Workforce now is required for this role.

Job Specifications:
- Working with managers and employees to help navigate HRIS system
- Locate qualified applicants using databases or online job postings
- Working with managers to ad job postings to database system
- Assist with ensuring accurate data entry in our People platforms, such as ADP, and communicating corrections to the Leadership Team as needed
- Experience in ADP Workforce now is required
- Over 2 years of HR Coordinator experience
- Bachelors Degree preferred

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
