About the Role:CaaStle is adding a new People Business Partner to our growing People team! Reporting into our Senior Director, Head of Talent & Learning, this person is the Business Partner to our Product, Data and Project Management teams and is responsible for several global employee experience and talent programs.What You'll Do:Partner with Product, Data and PMO leaders on building teams, coaching managers and organization development.Drive talent management and manager development initiatives focusing on Career Development, Manager Development, Employee Experience, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Research and create content for talent programs. Collaborate with business leadership and the People Team to establish talent plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.Partner with senior leaders and their teams to develop and execute the HR strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness
This includes taking ownership of designing, building, and implementing programs, processes, and tools to help set managers and employees up for success.Assess the talent needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions that attract, develop, and retain people to achieve their potential.Coach and counsel managers on maintaining positive employee relations for a wide range of issues
This may include conducting investigations in response to Employee Relations issues and recommending/implementing courses of action based on investigation results.Support the analysis and facilitation of leadership and cultural initiatives
Use influence and coaching skills to cultivate a culture that reflects our core values.Act as liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations.With the office manager, is responsible for the running of the office facilities and office engagement activities.Assist with the communication and rollout of updated or new People and Talent programs and policies.Performs other miscellaneous duties as required and assigned which may include cross-team initiatives across all our locations.We'd Love for You to Have:Ten plus years of experience with increasing HR responsibility.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at navigating leaders through organizational changes and partnering effectively at all levels.Passion for learning and development with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance, and practices; experience in developing and maintaining HR projects and programs.Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills and identify and drive appropriate solutions.Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic HR decisions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, practicing a high level of confidentiality with integrity and ethics.Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under stress, meet deadlines, and work independently while following through on assignments.Experience working with and managing a variety of HR vendors.Proficient in MS Office/G-Suite, report preparation, and analysis.Able to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver results.Pay Range:$170,000 - $180,000
