Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a PeopleSoft (PS) Application Administrator to provide PeopleSoft environment administration, code migration management between environments, and environment troubleshooting support for the execution of a large size, multi-year contract to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) Army Military Payroll (AMP). The PS Application Administrator will collaborate with the numerous Agile Teams across the AMP program as well as the Release Manager, Configuration Manager, CyberSecurity Engineer, Interface Manager, and Program Manager. This coordination will include planning of AMP environments, ensuring quality code deliveries between environments, and providing troubleshooting support for environment issues. The PS Application Administrator should be a positive and helpful teammate, coaching and assisting other teammates as needed.

- Manage & Plan PeopleSoft Environments
- Create and maintain PeopleSoft environment diagrams
- Oversee & conduct migrations of code and data to all environments
- Create, refresh, backup, restore, delete, environments as necessary
- Provide technical assistance to developers, analysts and testers using environments
- Provide environment troubleshooting support
- Work with Interface Manager on connectivity between interface partners
- Work with CyberSecurity personnel to ensure Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) configurations are in place, and address any findings from security scans
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 8 or more years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred. PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP experience a plus.
Skills/Qualifications: Certifications in CompTIA Security+, SAFe DevOps and PeopleSoft HCM preferred.
Clearance Requirements: This position requires a current Secret clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Work Location: Work location will be in Arlington, Virginia 2 days on-site with a hybrid option. Occasional travel may be required

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,500.00 to $161,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
