Required Skills:
- PeopleSoft Development Experience
- Experience changing bank templates
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience
- Develops, implements, refines, and supports a database used for analytics and reporting, optimizing ETL processes while working closely with Business Analysts, Business Managers, Project Managers, and internal customers.
- Designs, codes, runs tests, and implements complex programs and scripts, and performs source-to-target data mapping.
- Reviews and implements project plans and business rules via stored procedures, middleware, or other technologies.
- Manages the database aspects of the reporting and analytics platforms to ensure that reporting jobs are successfully run, and analytics data aligns to timeliness and completeness requirements.
- Provides development support for existing systems, and troubleshoots data and or system issues, building and extending toolsets.
- Coordinates and works with Database Administrators and other IT departments to ensure the databases implementation and monitoring and ensures that the database is tuned for optimal performance.
- Verifies accuracy of data and identifies and resolves data issues through configuration of data cleansing and de-duplication software, working with the Data Quality Manager.
- Defines user interfaces and functional specifications.
- Plans and conducts database unit system tests, monitors results, and takes corrective action as appropriate.
- Writes scripts and commands for data manipulation in support of database applications.
