Position Type: Contract – 3 Years
Rate: DOE (W2/1099 ONLY)
This is a 3 year contract in Albany, NY for a PeopleSoft Functional Business Analyst.

Mandatory Qualifications
The Business Analyst must have experience in each of the following areas:
- At least four years Business Analysis experience working in a government setting using PeopleSoft
- Two years experience to include eliciting requirements, documenting and validating requirements, and development of functional solutions and testing
- Served as a BA in at least two PeopleSoft upgrades
- Experience in performing a fit/gap analysis on existing customizations to move to delivered functionality
- Two years experience in reading and creating SQLs
- Two years experience leading design sessions across different stakeholder communities
- Participated in engagements in at least one public sector environment
- Two years experience with integrating PS HR/Payroll and PS Financials
