Role:
PeopleSoft Functional tester

Location: Barrington, Chicago
Experience:
a. PeopleSoft 9.0
Minimum one PeopleSoft FSCM 9.0 Project experience
Should have exposure in upgrade projects or maintenance projects
Expertise in FSCM processes Order to cash/Procure to Pay
Financials Modules eProcurement, Purchasing, Account Payables, General Ledger, Order Management,
Accounts Receivables, Billing.
Good understanding of PeopleSoft Table structures, ER diagrams
Experience in designing and configuring PeopleSoft FSCM application
Experience in integration points of PS modules and interfaces with third party apps.
Proficient in Functional Requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, designing solutions , providing workarounds,
end user training, testing & conducting Demos
Good functional requirement validation/functional testing skills
Should be able to understand, test new custom Processes, Interfaces, Reports as per Business requirements
Experience using a systematic approach for problem analysis and resolution as well as the resourceful
evaluation of solution alternatives.
Good Documentation skills Functional Specifications, Business Requirements, Process Flows, Test Scenarios,
User Manuals, Training documents
Coordinating User Acceptance Testing with clients
Should be knowledgeable in using Test Management Tools , Change management tools and other project
management tools
Good understanding of medical devices industry and should have worked in integrating MES applications to
PeopleSoft SCM.
General Skills and expertise requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; German (preferred)
Knowledgeable of the software development lifecycle using Agile methodology
Outstanding problem-solving skills
Ability to work in remote team / environment
Learn the ropes of complex situations & business processes
Knowledge of software development lifecycle - validation practices and testing protocols
Knowledge of supply chain fulfillment operations at a generic level

Ability to translate technical information into terms understandable by non-IT savvy personnel
Adept at interacting in both business and IT focused discussions

o Participation in different test cycles
o Support factory floor use case testing
o Support testing preparation
o Participation in regular touch points & ops mechanisms
o Responsible for business requirement gathering and translating into specifications
o User Story administration
o Go-Live support for end users liaison between business users and IT
o Responsible for updating documentation
o Support of "business deployment team
o Responsible for data analysis across systems
o Support and coordinate data remediation and migration tasks across systems
