Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead with Absence Management
Location: Harrisburg, PA

Rate: DOE (Only W2 / 1099)
Description
Our client is in need of a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead for the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. This functional lead role will focus on implementing Absence Management in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service will also be implemented. This role is for a Functional consultant with solid and recent experience working with PeopleSoft 9.2 Absence Management. No Time & Labor, just Absence Management.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design, installation, customization, testing, implementation, and initial support of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Absence Management.
Design, evaluate, test, and implement a new configuration of the PeopleSoft HCM Absence Management Module along with any recommend improvements.
Provide evaluation of and/or coordinate any proposed changes to application tools and reports.
Assist in application troubleshooting and root cause Analysis for identified issues relating to the implementation.
Create test scenarios and data that can be used to confirm quality of system changes, coordinates testing with other module leads or process areas, including end users, and document/report test results.
Provides customer service incident support as requested by users.
Communicates findings & recommendations effectively to users and the implementation team.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience
Functional Lead Experience implementing PeopleSoft HCM
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 9.2
5 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM experience with Base Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management modules Absence Management exp must be current
3 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM experience with Employee and Manager Self-Service modules -
1 year experience PeopleTools 8.52 8.54
3 years experience Prototyping / testing / training / QC / documenting acceptance criteria\
2 years experience with Tax Updates
2 years experience performing Fit Gap Analysis
2 years experience performing Requirements Gathering
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with Any of the Following is a Plus
Public sector bargaining units
Familiarity with other HCM modules including Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Self Service, and Manager Self Service, are preferred.
