Responsibilities:

Assisting patients with daily living and providing nursing care.
Performing and documenting rounds of patients receiving medical or psychiatric care.
Reporting changes in patient's conditions to the Registered Nurse (RN).
Obtaining specimens for diagnostic testing.
Assisting other non-custody staff in providing patient care.
Preparing documentation for patient transfers to other institutions/facilities or special appointments.
Completing required documentation of patient care.
Cleaning, maintaining, and checking equipment.
Other duties assigned by Management.
