Responsibilities of Front Desk Receptionist:

• Answers the facility phone, and transfers calls to various departments

• Greets all visitors to the facility and provides direction as needed

• Assists in the coordinating and maintaining of effective office procedures and efficient workflows.

• Implements policies and procedures set by the employer

• Establishes and maintains harmonious working relationships with superiors, coworkers, subordinates, visitors, and residents.

• Other clerical/administrative assistant work

Qualifications for Front Desk Receptionist:

• Must be able to handle high-volume phone calls
• Must be able to multitask
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task
