Job Location: Collinsville, IL (onsite).
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 Contract.
Pay rate: $130/hr.
Schedule: December or January.
Full Description:
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Advanced Practice Provider Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to provide skin cancer screenings and general dermatological evaluations onsite at a private business with multiple locations in Collinsville, IL. Our office arranges the patient appointments, provides all the equipment and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skin checks, skin cancer screenings and small procedures.
- Consult with patients to understand their dermatological health concerns.
- Advise/ refer patients for follow-up care.
- Provide telemedicine services for follow-ups (as needed).
Requirements:
- Active and valid NP/PA license to practice in the state of IL.
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct dermatology experience following post graduate training.
- Advanced practice certification in dermatology.
- Must have own collaborating/ supervising physician.
- Patient education driven.
- Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Must be able to commute to Collinsville, IL.
