Certification Details

- Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
- Floating to Stepdown / PCU is required patient ratio is 1:3
- EPIC experience (no training provided)
- Magnet Facility
- You are part of our team. Do not float first. Float in rotation with all Team members
- Orientation: There are no orientations for this position, please make sure candidates are comfortable working
- Charting system: Epic
- 3-month separation

- Cardiovascular, Multi-trauma, Gun Shots, Stroke and Stemi Center, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Ortho
- 12 Overflow beds
- Alaris pumps, Roche meters, Bedside monitoring Phillips, Vents, Suction, Drains, Chest Tubes
Unit Specific Information
- Submissions require Aya I9 Attestation
- Government-Issued Photo ID required
- Social Security Card required for CNAs at Skilled Nursing facilities in WA only
- Candidate is responsible for completing up to 10 hours of Providence and specialty specific modules independently before candidate will be cleared to work
