This position is part of the 1199SEIU Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. This position reports to the Practice Manager and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures. - High school diploma or equivalent required - 1-2 years of experience in a medical practice preferred - Demonstrated ability to type, as well as the ability to operate business office equipment including copy machines and fax machines required - Demonstrated proficiency in PC applications including Windows and word processing required - Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills required - Demonstrated ability to work independently required
