ChristianaCare is recruiting for a per diem Pediatric Physical Therapist. As the Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat pediatric patients who are primarily birth to 3, and primarily in the natural environment. You may also cover outpatient as needed.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and re-evaluate patients
• Establish appropriate treatment programs that include goals to be attained
• Complete all documentation relating to patient care, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Provide patient and family education and training
• Maintain written and verbal communication with referral sources concerning patient care.

Education and Requirements:
• Graduate of an A.P.T.A. approved school of Physical Therapy
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware

• CPR certification required

• At least one year of concentrated pediatric experience preferred

• New graduates are encouraged to apply
