Performance Management Consultant

Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Cambridge, MA with similar specifications to those below:
Responsibilities:
Design and implement a performance management cycle/process in align with the organizational needs
Develop management strategies in alignment with the new performance management processes
Train and guide pilot groups in accordance with the new process, including creating training materials as needed
Evaluate the effectiveness of the process, adjusting and making recommendations for continuous improvement as needed
Other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in a role related to Human Resources, with heavy experience in performance management
Relevant industry experience a plus
Experience in the design and implementation/process improvement of a performance management process
Excellent communication skills
Ability to develop documentation and training materials
