- 8+ years of QA experience
- Experience working with CI tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab etc.)
- Experience driving QA processes and deliverables in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proficient in defect tracking and analyzing root cause utilizing tools ( Jira , Rally etc.)
- Strong understanding of automation and performance concepts and approaches .
- Experience working or leading remote teams
- Understand and utilize risk based testing technique
- Provide leadership to quality engineers , i.e. mentoring , onboarding , training etc.
- Strong experience in test environment and test data management
- Strong communication , leadership and collaboration skills , to challenge the norm
- 5+ years of hands-on, performance testing and benchmarking of business application (web applications, mobile applications, and web services)
- 5+ Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Microfocus Performance Center/LoadRunner, NeoLoad)
- 5+ JavaScript, Java, C programming. Selenium UI testing experience is a plus
- Understanding of end to end application monitoring tool. Understanding of JVM performance. Exposure to tools such as SiteScope and APMs - AppDynamics, Dynatrace.
- Collect and Understand the business requirements to develop performance test plan
- Expertise in load testing, stress testing and endurance testing
- Ability to clearly communicate the performance test results to application stakeholders
- Comfort level with windows and Linux servers, SQL, GIT , confluence and Jira
- Ability to work in agile development environment
- Exposure to public and private cloud performance testing a plus
