- 8 + years of experience in Performance Engineering
- Strong expertise in Jmeter & Loadrunner with hands-on experience in performance testing of APIs & web services
- Experience in creating performance test strategy, design, planning, work load modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing
- Expertise in performance monitoring and analyzing bottleneck at various application layers
- Experience /knowledge on POS system performance testing would be added advantage
- Hands-on experience in using analytic tools like Omniture, google analytics and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Appdynamic,
- Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach, strategic direction for testing and improving application's performance
