Working closely with the Nurse Director or Senior Manager and other department leaders, the Perioperative Nurse Manager will oversee all the day to day Operating Room operations. They will monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, facilitate ongoing education, manage and allocate resources efficiently, monitor budgets and expenses, and perform other duties as assigned. 

The ideal Operating Room RN Manager candidate will have their Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) and years of acute care leadership experience in a surgical setting.
