And facilitate efficient, cost-effective unit operations.

Clinical Nurse Manager - Full Time- Days

Responsible for the daily management of various surgical specialties including but not limited to Ophthalmology, ENT, Pain management, Plastics, and Breast. Ensuring appropriate scheduling, staffing, and equipment/supplies are present. Responsible for promoting smooth patient flow on the unit.
This full-time day/flex shift position is located at NewYork-Presbyterian/ Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Preferred Criteria
Master’s Degree in Nursing
Experience in Perioperative Service
Required Criteria
At least two years of acute care RN experience
Demonstrated leadership skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
BCLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association

Salary Range:
$121,500-$170,000/Annual
