The primary responsibility of the Clinical Nursing Supervisor is:
- Provides assistance, direction, consultation, and problem-solving regarding patient care issues and business continuity.
- Communicates problems that may compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership.
- Ensure a safe, effective and efficient patient care environment.
- Support staff development through partnership with our clinical educator and informatics nurse through participation in education, informatics, quality and patient safety, professional development.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Current NH Registered Nurse Licensure. Required.
- Previous relevant experience in a charge nurse or supervisory role an asset.
- Relevant nursing certification an asset; highly encouraged after employment.
- Current BCLS Required.
- Current ACLS preferred.
