Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team in daily tasks. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle various administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and document preparation.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure confidential information is kept secure.
- Assist in personal tasks, including scheduling personal appointments.
- Prepare reports and presentations for meetings.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
