Job Description:
Our client, a growing corporate family office in Greenwich, CT, seeks an engaging, confident, and project-oriented PERSONAL ASSISTANT to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong writing and proofreading skills, and the ability to operate with the utmost discretion.
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with flexibility to work after hours as needed.
Location: Greenwich (5 days onsite)
Responsibilities include:
1. Assist with research and booking domestic and international travel as requested.
2. Helping to research and manage residential real estate operations, liaise with vendors, and assist in coordinating meetings with contractors.
3. Assist with managing/curating sophisticated art holdings.
4. Managing private events from pre-planning through event execution.
5. Travel on-site to the New York City and Greenwich-based residences to manage projects as needed.
6. Manage and execute various personal requests from family members.
7. Coordinate with other key family office members and liaise with principals from the home office.
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Must be personally confident
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- 5-8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in a corporate, family office, or relatable environment
- No job too small mentality
- Engaging and energetic
- Excellent technical skills, strong writing and proofreading skills, and the ability to operate with the utmost discretion
