Always Best Care is currently hiring for a part-time Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/ Certified Nursing Assisant (CNA) to provide Overnightin-home care to seniors and assist with all aspects of personal care and daily tasks in order to help them maintain their independence in the Wake Forest, NC area. This part-time elderly care position earns a competitive wage of $13.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This part-time elderly care position typically works a flexible schedule with days, evenings, nights, and weekends shifts available to fit your schedule.

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you get to help seniors stay in their own homes and live with independence and dignity. You do more than just assist with meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and appointments. While those tasks are important, you also provide companionship and socialization, as you support them in visiting with friends, attending events, or working on hobbies. You make sure that they are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished, encouraging independence as much as possible.

You also make sure that their homes are safe environments, reducing the likelihood of accidents and promoting a timely response to illness. You are meticulous about reporting any changes or concerns promptly. In this way, you provide real peace of mind for them and their families. Studies have shown that those who live at home and retain their independence are happier, healthier, and tend to live longer. And, you feel great about facilitating this for seniors through the part you play in our excellent home care services program!
