Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, On-call Rotation

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?
As a Personal Care Manager, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:
- Effective leadership that includes supporting core values, addressing zero tolerance behaviors and maintaining active communication with employees supervised.
- Staff Development including new employee orientation, annual training requirements and maintains all documentation related to education.
- Respond to emergency situations throughout the complex. Administers first aid, calls 911, and notifies the resident's family for independent residents as necessary.
- Maintains staffing schedule for the personal care, terrace and or garden level units.
- Attends Interdisciplinary meetings with other Redstone managers to discuss residents and to participate in infection control, discharge planning, utilization review, case management, fall or alleged abuse investigations, and quality assessment activities and analysis. Attends other meetings as required or appropriate for position.

- Development of all Plan of Corrections with the Campus Director related to deficiencies identified through annual Department of Human Services. Submits reportable events as required through regulations.
- Initiates immediate interventions in alleged abusive situations to protect the residents, and investigates and reports such allegations in compliance with regulations.
What do I need for this role with Redstone?
- A Personal Care Home Administrator License.
- At least 2 years of management/supervisory experience.
- A Licensed Practical Nurse certificate in Nursing from a college or technical school and successfully passing the practical nursing licensure exam or an associate's degree (A.S) in Nursing from a two - year college or university and successfully passing the registered nursing licensure exams preferred, but not required.
