As a Service Tech, you will provide our guests with equipment services and information for the ultimate outdoor experience.
Job Specifications:
+ Expected Pay: $20.00 / hour
+ Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time Hours Available
+ Skill Level: Entry Level
Job Responsibilities:
+ Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition
+ Perform both tuning and repair services for guests - we will train you!
+ Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
+ May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments
+ Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
+ Display mechanical aptitude to be able to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs.
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
+ Commitment to exceptional Customer Service
+ Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
+ Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English
The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
