As a personal injury attorney, you will be working closely with our experienced team to represent clients in a variety of personal injury cases. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Personal Injury Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling a wide variety of personal injury cases from inception through trial.
2. Conducting thorough and detailed case reviews to determine the best course of legal action.
3. Engaging in pre-litigation activities such as drafting demand letters, negotiating settlements, and preparing clients for potential litigation.
4. Actively participating in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, attending court hearings, and advocating for clients at trial.
5. Collaborating closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the highest level of client service.
6. Staying updated on current laws and regulations related to personal injury law to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
7. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are protected.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Personal Injury Associate Attorney position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
4. Experience in medical case review, pre-litigation, and/or litigation.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
7. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
8. A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and maintaining the highest level of professional ethics.
9. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, while also being capable of working independently.
10. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
