Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing personal injury cases and advocating on behalf of our clients, ensuring their needs and goals are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop case strategies and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
