Personal Injury Attorney - Gpac

Seeking a personal injury attorney for a growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent litigation credentials, at least 3 years of successful personal injury litigation, trial case experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. The ideal candidate should have prior experience building long cases for max value, using experts, research, & witness testimony. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the client's behalf when appropriate
• Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation

Qualifications:

• Membership in the South Carolina State Bar Association and a state license to practice law are mandatory
• 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed
• Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
