Job Details
Requirements:
3+ Years of Personal Injury Experience
Experience taking and defending depositions
Prior experience managing a high volume case load
Active NY state bar
Day to Day:
Interacts with clients regularly to ensure the client is kept informed about events and the progress of their case as well as legal issues
Performs File Reviews that efficiently advance the case
Responsible for identifying & complying with statutes of limitation
Responsible for drafting & filing complaints, pleadings, motions, discovery and responsive pleadings
Conducts and attends depositions, hearings, conferences/appearances & mediations
Maintains utmost professional standards towards the Firm and its clients
