Day to Day:

• Manage and handle plaintiff personal injury cases from initiation to pretrial stages
• Conduct investigations, evaluate claims, draft legal documents, and represent clients in negotiation
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process
• Ensure client's rights are protected and advocate for fair compensation
• Assess the viability of potential cases and determine their criteria for acceptance
• Strategize best approach for successful resolution

Must Haves:

• JD degree
• Admission to the NJ State Bar
• 5+ years of handling personal injury cases

Plusses:

• Additional state bar admission
• Spanish fluency
• Trial experience
