As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of personal injury cases, with a focus on premise liability. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing all aspects of personal injury cases from inception through trial.
- Conducting client meetings and case reviews to determine the legal strategy.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conducting and defending depositions.
- Preparing for and representing clients at trial.
- Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel.
- Maintaining clear and regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and answering any questions they may have.
- Staying up to date with changes in personal injury law and continuing legal education requirements.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a particular emphasis on premise liability cases
- Proven trial experience and a strong track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
