I am working with a dynamic law firm that is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney with 5+ years of experience. We are looking for an Personal Injury Atttorney with prior plainitff experience preferred to join their team, focusing on personal injury plaintiff cases. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in personal injury law, trial experience, and a knack for providing strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities & Qualifications of the Personal Injury Attorney:

• Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs to support plaintiffs’ strategies.
• Provide effective and timely communications, information, legal advice, status reports, and other services to clients.
• Manage the prompt, efficient, and effective disposition of assigned cases.
• 5+ years of personal injury plaintiff experience.
• Strong ability to see the big picture and maintain long-term client relationships.
