Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout the case lifecycle.
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including gathering and organizing documentation, medical records, and evidence.
- Assist attorneys in preparing cases for negotiation or trial, including drafting correspondence and filing necessary legal documents.
- Communicate with medical providers to obtain records and coordinate treatment plans for clients.
- Ensure all case files are accurately maintained, updated, and compliant with legal standards.
- Coordinate appointments, depositions, and meetings between clients, attorneys, and experts.
- Assist in negotiating settlements and understanding client needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in personal injury case management.
- Strong understanding of personal injury laws and legal procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
