Job Opportunity: Personal Injury and Labor Law Litigation Paralegal

Location: New York, NY 10005

Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000, DOE

About the Position:

We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in New York, specializing in Personal Injury and Labor Law. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in these areas. The paralegal will play a key role in supporting our attorneys throughout the litigation process, from initial investigation to settlement or appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations and manage discovery processes.
• Assist with settlement negotiations and support appeals.
• Draft discovery documents, including Bills of Particulars.
• Manage e-discovery, create and maintain discovery indexes, organize case files, and ensure timely compliance with discovery deadlines.
• Review, analyze, and summarize litigation documents, including depositions.
• Draft settlement agreements, releases, and other case-related legal documents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury and Labor Law matters.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:$55,000 - $85,000, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
