The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex cases from inception through resolution, demonstrating outstanding strategic thinking, superior research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively advocate for our clients in court. Requirements:

• 5+ Years Experience in Personal Injury Law
• Experience managing personal injury cases including car accident, premises injury, brain injury, sexual assault, wrongful death, wildfires, product injury, construction injury, etc.
• Ability to independently manage cases from intake to resolution
• Conduct or assist in depositions, hearings, mediations and trials
• Second chair trial experience preferred
• Exceptional oral & written communication
• Strong academic background preferred
• Ability to work as a team player
• Licensed in CA in good standing
