Personal Injury Litigation Secretary - Baltimore City - The Yost Legal Group

We are looking for an experienced, professional, Litigation Secretary to support two attorneys in our plaintiffs practice. We offer a professional collegial work environment. This is an in office only job. Job responsibilities are as follows:

• transcribing dictation
• typing pleadings
• maintaining attorneys’ trial calendar
• summarizing medical records
• client contact
• handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence
• make travel arrangements
• handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

Requirements

• You must be able to type 70 words per minute
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Integrity and confidentiality
• Prior experience in the areas of complex litigation.
• Prior familiarity with FileVine software is a plus.
