MHC HealthCare continues to grow rapidly and is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist for our Viriginia based clinics! We have clinics from Northern Virginia all the way to Richmond, Norfolk, Virginia Beach and beyond!

Job Description Summary:

The Marketing Representative/Specialist will be a self-motivated sales/marketing professional to drive growth of current client base and manage new business development in your prospective market. As a marketing representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding MHC Healthcare's reach, helping to bring our specialized personal injury services to those in need, and to PI attorneys who represent those in need. This position will allow the opportunity to work on various marketing campaigns and directly contribute to our growth through innovative strategies. Any marketers, legal assistants, paralegals or attorneys with Personal Injury experience will be considered. You will work with various platforms and stay up to date with industry trends, and best practices, to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while ensuring both client and patient satisfaction goals are met and/or exceeded.
• Establish trustful relationships with clients through regular visits, follow up calls, and emails.
• Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with local PI Attorneys, Personal Injury specialized law firms, associations, and case managers.
• Assist in the development of strategies to ensure continued and successful growth.
• Develop and generate leads and opportunities thru cold calling, networking events, conferences, etc.
• Cultivate client relationship to better understand their needs, acting as a client advocate, while acting in the best interest of the organization.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
• Evaluate client feedback to improve overall quality of service provided to our patients.
• Support our operations efforts to meet clients and patient needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Personal Injury Law Firm Marketing is preferred.
• Candidate will be responsible to work with effective methods of marketing
• Help clinic grow patient numbers
• Build the MHC HealthCare brand recognition throughout Virginia
• Excellent organizational skills, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alone or in a team environment.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred but not mandatory, in order to effectively reach and serve our diverse patient base.
