Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice Attorney - Gpac

Job Posting: Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice Associate

Location: Albuquerque, NM 
Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week (no billable hours requirement)

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice, with 3 years being preferred. While trial experience is helpful, it is not required. We are looking for an engaging, hardworking individual who thrives in a family-like atmosphere and can manage their own deadlines without excess drama or personal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the representation of clients in personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.
• Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute to case management.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active New Mexico State Bar membership.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice (3 years preferred).
• Engaging personality with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
