The ideal candidate should have a solid litigation background and be able to handle assignments from various attorneys, be a self-starter and detail-oriented. The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Minimum 5+ years civil litigation experience in:
- Experience in personal injury law
- Organizing case loads and trial prep
- Draft propounding discovery and discovery responses
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Great time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to e-file both federal and state
- Ability to act independently with minimal supervision
- Paralegal certificate or bachelors degree preferred
